Section 85.1010 - New Registration After Revocation

A crafted precious metal dealer whose registration has been revoked may not reapply prior to the passage of at least five years from the date of revocation. A dealer whose registration was revoked must follow the procedures set forth in § RSA 85.1002 of this title (relating to Filing of New Application).
