Section 75.1 - Purpose and ApplicabilityThis chapter governs the chartering, administration, and operations of a Texas-chartered savings bank, including the affiliates and third-party service providers of a savings bank under Finance Code Title 3, Subtitle C, the Texas Savings Bank Act (Finance Code § 91.001et seq.).
