Section 10.21 - Referral to State Office of Administrative Hearings

If mediation does not resolve the claim to the satisfaction of the contractor, the contractor may request that the claim be referred to SOAH in accordance with § RSA 10.13 of this subchapter (relating to Request for Contested Case Hearing.)
