Section 57.21 - Obligation of Grant Funds(a) Grant funds may not be obligated prior to the effective date or subsequent to the termination date of the grant period.(b) Obligations must be related to goods or services provided and used for approved purposes.43 Tex. Admin. Code § 57.21
