Section 57.17 - Payment of Outstanding Liabilities(a) Upon completion of the grant period, a grantee must pay all valid outstanding liabilities within 90 days.(b) All payments made after the completion of the grant period must relate to obligations encumbered before the end of the grant period.43 Tex.
