Section 844.28 - Dismissal(a) The Agency may dismiss a complaint that is incomplete or does not meet the requirements of §844.26 of this subchapter.(b) A dismissal under subsection (a) of this section becomes final unless a complainant refiles the complaint within the period to file a complaint or within 30 days of the mailing of the dismissal, whichever is later.40 Tex.
