Section 840.55 - Right of Appeal(a) Providers or programs, as defined by this chapter, shall have the right to appeal adverse actions included in this subchapter, in accordance with Chapter 823 of this title (relating to Integrated Complaints, Hearing, and Appeals).(b) Providers subject to removal as a result of any adverse action described in this chapter shall receive notice by the Agency of pending action and their rights to appeal such decision.40 Tex.
