Section 821.63 - Assignment of Lien to Claimant(a) Upon written request by the claimant, the Commission shall execute an assignment of lien to the claimant. The claimant shall bear responsibility for recording the assignment of lien.(b) Any partial assignment shall leave in full force and effect the lien regarding the remaining claimants.(c) The Commission's assignment of lien is final and irrevocable.40 Tex.
