Section 819.194 - Notice of Hearing(a) The Agency shall assign a hearing officer and mail a notice of hearing to the parties and/or their designated representatives. The notice of hearing shall be in writing and include:(1) a statement of the date, time, place, and nature of the hearing;(2) a statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held;(3) a reference to the sections of the statutes and rules involved; and(4) either: (A) a short, plain statement of the factual matters asserted; or(B) an attachment that incorporates by reference the factual matters asserted in the complaint.(b) The notice of hearing shall be issued at least 10 calendar days before the date of the hearing by sending it to each party's last known address, as shown by Agency records, by first-class mail.40 Tex.
