Section 815.135 - Voluntary Election by Employers(a) Each employer electing coverage under Chapter 206 of the Act shall make this election in writing on an Agency-specified form or electronic equivalent.(b) Each employer electing to pay reimbursements for benefits, rather than contributions, shall make this election: (1) in writing on the Agency-specified form or electronic equivalent; and(2) in compliance with the requirements of Chapter 205, Subchapter A, of the Act.40 Tex.
