Section 809.11 - Board Responsibilities(a) A Board shall be responsible for the administration of child care in a manner consistent with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2308, as amended, and related provisions under Chapter 801 of this title (relating to Local Workforce Development Boards).(b) A Board shall ensure that access to child care services shall be available through all Texas Workforce Centers within a workforce area.(c) Child care services are support services for workforce employment, job training, and services under Texas Government Code, Chapter 2308 and Chapter 801 of this title.(d) Upon request, a Board shall provide the Commission with access to child care administration records and submit related information for review and monitoring, pursuant to Commission rules and policies.40 Tex.
