Section 807.151 - Fee ScheduleThe Agency shall collect fees according to the following schedule.
(1) The initial fee for a certificate of approval for a small school is $1,001.(2) The initial fee for any other school is $3,000.(3) In the event of a change in ownership of the school, the new owner shall pay the same fee as that charged for an initial fee for a school.(4) The initial registration fee for a representative is $90.(5) The annual registration renewal fee for a representative is $45.(6) The fee for a change of name of the school or owner is $150.(7) The fee for a change of address of a school is $270.(8) The application fee for an additional program is $225.(9) The application fee for an additional seminar is $35.(10) The application fee for a school director or instructor is $20.(11) The fee for an inspection of classroom facilities that are separate from the main campus is $375.(12) The fee for an on-site investigation of a complaint against a school is $600, if assessed.40 Tex.
