Section 59.9 - Historically Underutilized Business Program

The Texas Animal Health Commission adopts by reference the rules of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts in 34 TAC Part 1, Chapter 20, Subchapter B (relating to Historically Underutilized Business Program).

The provisions of this §59.9 adopted to be effective July 5, 2001, 26 TexReg 4870; Amended by Texas Register, Volume 42, Number 21, May 26, 2017, TexReg 2827, eff. 5/30/2017
