(a) A license holder may request a retest of the original sample within five (5) days from the date the license holder receives the results of the first test.(b) A license holder requesting a retest must use the laboratory that conducted the initial test.(c) The laboratory shall use the original sample, used in the first test, for the retest.(d) The results of the retest are final.4 Tex.
