Section 24.5 - Schedule of Licensing and Registration Fees(a) The initial application fee shall be at least $100 for each license application.(b) The renewal fee shall be at least $100 for each annual license renewal application.(c) The participation fee shall be at least $100. A participation fee shall be assessed for the following, at a minimum for:(3) a processor registration.(d) The facility modification fee shall be at least $500 for each modified facility.4 Tex.
