Section 1.904 - Contents of Proposal

The proposal submitted to the department in accordance with § RSA 1.903 of this title (relating to Eligibility), shall include:

(1) a description of how the collection and distribution of surplus products will be accomplished;

(2) a schedule of projected costs for the proposal;

(3) measurable goals for the proposal;

(4) a plan for evaluating the success of the proposal; and

(5) any other information requested by the department.
