Section 263.1 - General PurposeAll facilities shall be designed, constructed, maintained, staffed, and operated to:
(1) provide for proper compartmentation;(2) provide for the prompt detection, alarm, and extinguishing of fires and the avoidance of any explosion;(3) provide for a mechanical smoke management system and other emergency equipment;(4) provide (and file with the Commission) plans, programs, drills, and training for emergencies, as required under § 263.40 and § 263.41 of this title (relating to Plans and Drills for Emergencies).37 Tex.
