Section 221.28 - Advanced Instructor Proficiency(a) To qualify for an advanced instructor proficiency certificate, an applicant must meet all proficiency requirements including: (1) holding a TCOLE Instructor license/certificate for at least three years; and(2) successful completion of the commission's advanced instructor course.(b) The effective date of this section is February 1, 2014.37 Tex.
