Section 215.5 - Other Training Providers(a) In addition to any other application requirements under this chapter, a law enforcement association, distance education, or proprietary training provider applicant shall comply with all provisions of this section.(b) A law enforcement association, distance education, or proprietary training provider applicant shall submit a schedule of tuition and fees that will be charged, if any.(c) A training needs assessment must be completed and submitted for commission approval and shall include: (1) what specific training needs are to be addressed by the proposed contract; and(2) the number and types of courses that will be offered during the first quarter of the executed contract.(d) The effective date of this section is February 1, 2014.37 Tex.
