Section 211.21 - Issuance of Duplicate or Delayed Documents(a) If an original license, certificate, or other document was previously issued by the commission, a duplicate of that document may, if the document is current and valid, be issued after: (1) an application is submitted;(2) a check of commission records verifies original issuance and continuing validity; and(3) payment of any required non-refundable application fee.(b) The effective date of this section is March 1, 2001.37 Tex.
