Section 154.3 - Program Inquiries(a) All written inquiries and requests for information related to the Private Sector Prison Industries Programs shall be submitted to the Texas Board of Criminal Justice (TBCJ), P.O. Box 13084, Austin, TX 78711.(b) TBCJ staff shall refer each inquiry or request to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), Texas Juvenile Justice Department, or county correctional facility for a response.(c) The TDCJ shall respond in a timely manner and provide a copy of the response to the chairman of the TBCJ and the chairman of the TBCJ Business and Financial Operations Committee.37 Tex.
