Section 149.16 - Mandatory Release Certificate(a) When a mandatory release plan has been approved, a mandatory release certificate shall be issued and signed with a facsimile signature of the Chair.(b) The approval of discretionary mandatory supervision may be withdrawn by the parole panel prior to the release of the offender.37 Tex.
