Section 148.49 - Decisions(a) A final decision or order shall be in writing and delivered to the releasee or attorney as required by § 148.53 of this title (relating to Final Board Disposition).(b) The releasee or attorney shall be notified in writing and provided with a copy of the report of the Hearing Officer and notice of the right to submit a petition to reopen the hearing.37 Tex.
