Section 459.201 - Fire and Life Safety Educator II Certification(a) A Fire and Life Safety Educator II is defined as an individual who performs professional work in the coordination and delivery of public fire and life safety education, and fire prevention programs.(b) All individuals holding a Fire and Life Safety Educator II certification shall be required to comply with the continuing education requirements in Chapter 441 of this title (relating to Continuing Education).37 Tex.
