Section 447.1 - Minimum Standards for Part-Time Fire Protection Employees(a) Regulated entities that appoint part-time fire protection employees are subject to the same Commission rules that apply to fire departments as defined in § 421.5(18) of this title.(b) Part-time fire protection employees are subject to the same Commission rules that apply to full-time fire protection personnel.37 Tex.
