Section 441.15 - Continuing Education for Arson Investigator or Fire Investigator(a) A minimum of two hours of continuing education in arson or fire investigation subjects in addition to the continuing education requirements in § 441.5(b) of this title (relating to Requirements) will be required for personnel certified as arson investigation or fire investigation personnel and who are appointed to arson or fire investigation duties.(b) Subjects selected to satisfy the continuing education requirement may be selected from Level 1, Level 2, or a combination of both.37 Tex.
