Section 435.29 - Federal Highway Administration Traffic Incident Management Program(a) All fire protection personnel will be required to complete the Federal Highway Administration Traffic Incident Management program training or an equivalent course that is approved by the commission within one year of appointment to a regulated entity. Individuals will be credited with four hours of continuing education credit for completing this program.(b) Departments will report the completion of training through the commission's web-based reporting system.(c) Failure to complete the Federal Highway Administration Traffic Incident Management program or an equivalent course that is approved by the commission before the required deadline will be considered a violation of continuing education rules found in Chapter 441 of this title (relating to Continuing Education).37 Tex.
