Section 358.440 - Cooperation with TJJD Investigation(a) All persons must fully cooperate with any investigation of an allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation or the death of a juvenile.(b) A diligent effort must be made to identify and make available for questioning all persons with knowledge of an allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation or the death of a juvenile that is the subject of a TJJD investigation.(c) Upon request by TJJD, all evidence must be provided to TJJD in the format requested.37 Tex.
