Section 355.672 - Educational Staff Orientation(a) If the educational program is administered on facility premises, all permanent educational staff shall receive a facility orientation prior to performing instructional duties. Orientation shall include: (2) emergency procedures;(3) behavior management system and prohibited sanctions; and(4) reporting abuse, neglect, and exploitation.(b) A substitute educational staff member shall receive the orientation described in subsection (a) of this section prior to performing instructional duties if he/she is providing sole supervision of residents.37 Tex.
