Section 355.442 - Menu Plans(a) The facility shall develop and follow daily written menu plans. Menu plans shall be reviewed and approved at least once each year, no later than the last day of the calendar month of the previous year's approval. The review and approval shall be conducted by a licensed or provisionally licensed dietician to ensure that the menu plans meet or exceed the requirements of the United States Department of Agriculture.(b) All deviations from the menu plan shall be documented.37 Tex.
