Section 355.210 - Acceptance of Residents(a) A non-secure correctional facility that is not licensed by another state agency may only accept and admit a child, as that term is defined in § 51.02(2) of the Texas Family Code, who is under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court.(b) In addition to children admitted under subsection (a) of this section, a non-secure correctional facility that is licensed by another state agency may accept and admit children as permitted by the facility's license.37 Tex.
