Section 353.312 - Additional Requirements for Outpatient Treatment Programs(a) Outpatient treatment programs are designed for clients who do not require the more structured environment of day treatment or residential treatment to maintain sobriety.(b) Outpatient treatment programs shall provide each client with one or more of the following, in accordance with the client's needs:(1) substance use disorder treatment;(2) educational and process groups;(3) individual counseling; and(4) other substance use disorder services.37 Tex.
