(a) Providers must adhere to established professional codes of ethics. These codes of ethics define the professional context within which the provider works in order to maintain professional standards and a professional license and to safeguard the client or participant.(b) Juvenile justice facilities and programs must adopt and implement written policies and procedures to ensure that all suspected unethical conduct by a provider is reported to the appropriate regulatory body in accordance with the rules of the regulatory body.37 Tex.
