Section 353.202 - Scope of Practice(a) Providers shall recognize the limitations of their abilities and shall not offer services outside their scope of practice or use techniques that exceed their professional competence.(b) Providers shall not make any claim, directly or by implication, that they possess professional qualifications or affiliations that they do not possess.37 Tex.
