Section 349.325 - Representation(a) A person may represent himself/herself or may appear by authorized representative.(b) A party's attorney of record shall remain the attorney of record in the absence of a formal request to withdraw and, if SOAH has acquired jurisdiction, an order of the judge approving the request.37 Tex.
