Section 348.222 - Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation(a) The JJAEP must adhere to the requirements related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation set forth in Chapter 358 of this title.(b) The JJAEP must have zero-tolerance policies and practices regarding sexual abuse, as defined in Chapter 358 of this title, that provide for administrative and/or criminal disciplinary sanctions.37 Tex.
