Section 347.100 - Title IV-E Federal Foster Care Reimbursement ProgramJuvenile probation departments that seek reimbursement through Title IV-E of the Social Security Act (42 United States Code §670 et seq.) must comply with: (1) all grant requirements associated with the Title IV-E Federal Foster Care Reimbursement Program as documented in the Texas Juvenile Justice Department's state financial assistance contract; and (2) all federal and state laws and rules relating to Title IV-E reimbursement. 37 Tex.
