Section 344.202 - General Qualifications for Facility AdministratorsTo serve as a facility administrator, an individual must:
(1) obtain and maintain an active certification as a juvenile supervision officer in accordance with requirements of this chapter; and(2) have acquired a bachelor's degree conferred by a college or university accredited by an organization recognized by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.37 Tex.
