Section 343.484 - Exercise and Common Activity Areas(a) The facility shall provide space for an exercise area.(b) The facility's total common activity area shall encompass no less than 100 square feet of floor space per resident based on the facility's design capacity.37 Tex. Admin. Code § 343.484
