Section 343.464 - Administrative Approval-MOHU(a) A resident shall not be placed in a MOHU without the approval of the facility administrator or designee.(b) The approval shall be documented in writing and the documentation shall contain the date and time the approval was authorized and the date and time the resident was placed in the MOHU. The approval documentation shall be kept in the resident's file.37 Tex. Admin. Code § 343.464
