Section 343.380 - Grievance OfficerThe duties of a grievance officer or designee shall include:
(1) maintaining a current grievance log;(2) collecting grievances seven days per week;(3) responding to the resident after receiving the grievance;(4) providing a written resolution to the resident; and(5) forwarding all appeals to the administrative staff responsible for determining appeals.37 Tex.
