Section 343.356 - Access to Attorney(a) Residents shall be permitted reasonable access to confidential contact with their attorneys and designated representatives of their attorneys through telephone, uncensored letters, and personal visits.(b) Residents shall not be within the audible range of facility staff or other residents but may be within visual observation of facility staff when making telephone calls or visiting with the residents' attorneys or their attorneys' designated representatives.37 Tex.
