Section 343.316 - Off-Site Food Preparation(a) A facility that regularly receives food from an off-site source shall maintain a copy of the source's valid permit and any required licenses issued by the local health department or the Texas Department of State Health Services. The transfer of such food to the facility shall be conducted in a manner to prevent contamination or adulteration.(b) If the facility receives food from an off-site source on a special occasion, the facility is not required to maintain a copy of any required permits or licenses for the additional off-site source.37 Tex.
