Section 6.85 - Instruction(a) Online courses are subject to review by the department, for purposes of ensuring compliance with the instruction and examination requirements.(b) The department's current curriculum must be used by the approved online course provider.(c) Approved online course providers shall issue certificates of course completion only to students who have successfully completed all elements of the department approved license to carry curriculum.(d) Approved online course providers must develop and maintain a means to ensure the security and integrity of all student information.37 Tex.
