Section 4.31 - Basic Enforcement Guidelines

The Department of Public Safety is charged with the responsibility of enforcing registration requirements of commercial vehicles. This enforcement will be based on the statutory provisions of Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 502, and on policies and reciprocal agreements promulgated by the Texas Department of Transportation, as amended.
