Section 36.44 - Credit for Military Experience and Training(a) Verified military service, training, or education that relates to registration as a metal recycling entity will be credited toward the respective experience or training requirements.(b) This section does not apply to an applicant who: (1) holds a restricted licensed issued by another jurisdiction; or(2) is ineligible for the registration or license under the Act or this chapter, based on a disqualifying criminal history.37 Tex.
