Section 35.31 - License Expiration(a) All company licenses are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and expire on the first anniversary of the date of issuance.(b) All individual licenses are valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance and expire on the second anniversary of the date of issuance.37 Tex.
