Section 3.176 - Visitor Parking(a) Visitor parking shall be for the exclusive use of visitors to the complex.(b) A state employee may use a space designated by the department as visitor parking only if his/her principal place of employment is outside the Capitol Complex.37 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.176
