Section 15.144 - Records to be Maintained by Recipients(a) The recipient must maintain records as to any resale or re-disclosure of driver record information to another party.(b) The records must be maintained for 5 years and must include: (1) The name of any person or entity to whom the re-disclosure was made;(2) The permitted use for which the information was released;(3) Any documents demonstrating an agreement limiting further re-disclosures;(4) Contact information for the person or entity the record was released to.37 Tex.
