Section 221.6 - Complaints to the Authority

In accordance with the requirements of §1232.113(e) of the Act, the authority will notify client agencies of the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the authority for the purpose of directing complaints to the authority by posting such information on the authority's website, by direct mail, and by distributing a fact sheet on the authority during the orientation meeting described in § 221.3 of this title (relating to the Bond Issuance Process) of this Chapter 221.
